Firearms Shipping Guidelines
As required by law, all firearms must be shipped to your local
licensed FFL dealer or local Wyoming residents may complete their lawful
transfer at our facility. Please understand your local laws regarding
firearms and magazine restrictions. Buddy’s Armory, LLC follows all Federal and
State firearms regulations, and we cannot ship firearms or magazines to areas
where they are restricted or prohibited by law.
We cannot ship to P.O Boxes
We cannot ship to CA., MA., DC., IL. NJ. or New York City.
There are new laws being passed all the time, so we advise checking your local
laws to make sure it is legal for ammo to be shipped to your address.
If you purchase a firearm, you must have your FFL dealer provide
us with a copy of their FFL, instructions on how to send us a copy of an FFL
will be emailed to you with your order confirmation. A government-issued photo
ID is required to complete the transfer with your local FFL.

Order Fulfillment
All orders are shipped promptly from our location within 3-10
business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for all items
shipped.
Ammunition and Firearms Disclaimer:
Firearm possession is transferred in person at an FFL dealer
after all applicable state and federal requirements have been successfully
completed. You must pass a background check and meet minimum age requirements.
You are responsible for knowing your federal, state and local laws regarding
firearm and ammunition purchase and possession.
Must be at least 18 years of age to purchase long gun and rifle
ammunition. Must be 21 years of age to purchase handguns and handgun
ammunition.
Ammunition and Magazine Shipping Guidelines
Buddy’s Armory, LLC cannot ship to a PO Box, a physical address
is mandatory. Ammunition is shipped UPS ground and an adult signature is
required. Accessories will be shipped either UPS, FedEx, or USPS, whichever is
most cost-effective.
Restrictions by State:
Alaska: No ammunition. Ok to ship magazines.
California: No ammunition or magazine shipments.
Colorado: No magazine shipments. Ok to ship ammunition.
Connecticut: No ammunition or magazine shipments.
Hawaii: No ammunition or primer shipments. Ok to ship magazines.
Illinois: No magazine shipments. Must have valid FOID Card to order
ammo.
Maryland: No magazine shipments. Ok to ship ammunition.
Massachusetts: No ammunition or magazine shipments.
New Jersey: No ammunition or magazine shipments.
New York: No ammunition or magazine shipments.
Ohio: No magazine shipments. Ok to ship ammunition.
Washington D.C: No ammunition or magazine shipments.
By ordering with Buddy’s Armory, LLC, you certify that you are
of legal age to purchase and/or possess ammunition and furthermore that you are
not in violation of any state, local or federal laws prohibiting you from
purchasing, owning or receiving ammunition or firearms.
Any order that conflicts with your state, local or federal law
will be terminated immediately and refunded minus a 25% fee. Credit card
companies impose a fee when an order is placed online. We will not absorb this
fee if you choose not to be informed of your laws.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship products outside of the United States.
Return and Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. Due to the very specific custom parts that
we have to order to serve our customers, we have a zero-cancellation policy
after 48 hours. Once you place an order with us, we will not grant a refund.
However, we do reserve the right to grant cancellations at our discretion.
Cancellations that are granted have a 25% restocking fee. Because of the nature
of our business, many of our orders are custom orders. We do not keep an
inventory. This is a custom-built rifle shop, and as such, we cannot grant
refunds. If you are unhappy with your finished product, please contact us using
the contact us page.
Note: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment
tracking for all returns and either insure your package for safe return or
declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the
shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to use a carrier that
offers tracking and insurance or declare the full value of the product, you
will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
The United States Postal Service offers limited tracking
capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS
will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both
ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.
